Candomblé Iorubá: a relação do homem com seu orixá pessoal

RESUMO
Buscaremos conhecer a relação dos praticantes do candomblé com seu orixá, sobretudo a partir da visão de três importantes estudiosos sobre o assunto: Reginaldo Prandi, Roger Bastide e Pierre Verger. Este trabalho apresenta um panorama das raízes do Candomblé de matriz africana que por meio dos escravos teve terreno fértil para se desenvolver no território brasileiro e a partir desse contato com uma nova cultura fundamentada na religião cristã foi transformado e se construiu com características próprias e hoje atrai praticantes em diversos setores da nossa sociedade, sendo uma das mais importantes religiões afro-brasileiras. A fé nos orixás é uma verdadeira "vitrine" de manifestações artísticas e culturais, por isso seu estudo é de grande relevância para a compreensão da nossa cultura. O tema foi desenvolvido por meio da análise de diversas fontes, desde obras renomadas como: Mitologia dos Orixás de Reginaldo Prandi, passando pela análise de artigos científicos que versam sobre o assunto. A maioria dessas obras explicita a importância que o deus pessoal ocupa na vida religiosa e social do candomblista.

ABSTRACT
Attempt is the ratio of practitioners of Candomblé with your deity, especially from the perspective of three prominent scholars on the subject: Reginaldo Prandi, Roger Bastide and Pierre Verger. This paper presents an overview of the roots of Candomble of African slaves who had through the fertile ground for development in Brazil and from that contact with a new culture based on Christian religion was transformed and was built with its own characteristics and attracts practitioners in various sectors of our society, being one of the most important african-Brazilian religions. The belief in deities is a true "showcase" of artistic and cultural manifestations, so their study is of great importance for the understanding of our culture. The theme was developed by analyzing a variety of sources, from renowned works as the Orisha Mythology Reginaldo Prandi, through analysis of scientific articles that deal with the matter. Most of these works explicitly the importance of the personal god holds in the religious and social life of Candomblé.
