Normas centrais da constituição da república federativa.

Objetivos: A confecção deste tema se deu em virtude de avaliação obrigatória ocorrida durante o curso de pós-graduação em Direito Constitucional pela UNIDERP/LFG - Outubro de 2009 / Oubutro de 2010.

RESUMO

 

 

A confecção deste trabalho tem por objetivo demonstrar as normas da Constituição Federal que obrigatoriamente deverão ser reproduzidas na Constituição do Estado-membro, como observância do Poder Constituinte Decorrente.

The preparation of this work aims to demonstrate the standards of the Federal Constitution that must necessarily be reproduced in the Constitution of the Member State, such as observance of the Constituent Power Due.
